Our Services
Our health services prioritize patient-centered care by ensuring individualized treatment plans crafted by experienced professionals. With a commitment to excellence, we employ the latest medical techniques to support your journey towards optimal well-being.
Our individual psychotherapy services provide a private, confidential space to work one-on-one with a licensed clinician. Treatment is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, with a focus on substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Addressing Individual Needs
Therapy is tailored to your unique history, goals, and current challenges. Sessions may focus on substance use patterns, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or other concerns that affect daily functioning and recovery. By addressing both substance use and mental health together, therapy supports more meaningful and lasting change.
A Strong Therapeutic Relationship
We place importance on building a respectful, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. Trust and consistency create the foundation for honest exploration, insight, and growth. Therapy moves at a pace that supports engagement without pressure.
Skill Building and Practical Support
Sessions focus not only on understanding challenges, but also on developing practical coping strategies. Therapy may include strengthening emotional regulation, improving decision-making, managing cravings or stressors, and building skills that support stability and long-term recovery.
Individual Psychotherapy
LADC evaluations provide a comprehensive, clinically grounded assessment completed by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. These evaluations are designed to understand substance use patterns, related mental health concerns, and how they impact daily functioning, with the goal of guiding appropriate treatment planning.
Comprehensive Assessment
The evaluation includes a detailed review of substance use history, current use patterns, risk factors, and functional impact. This process helps clarify the nature and severity of substance use concerns and identifies areas that may require additional support.
Identification of Co-Occurring Conditions
Because substance use frequently overlaps with mental health concerns, evaluations also assess for co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. Addressing these factors together allows for more accurate recommendations and coordinated care.
Clear Treatment Recommendations
Based on the evaluation findings, individualized treatment recommendations are provided. These may include outpatient services, therapy, peer support, or referral to a higher level of care when clinically appropriate.
Important Information for LADC Evaluations
If your evaluation is related to a DUI/DWI or court requirement, we strongly recommend having any associated paperwork available prior to your appointment, including court documents, DMV requirements, or police reports. This helps ensure your evaluation can be completed accurately and without delay. If you do not have these documents yet, please reach out and we can help determine next steps.
LADC Evaluations
Our DUI/DWI Aftercare services provide structured support for individuals required to complete impaired driver treatment or education following a DUI or DWI offense. Services are designed to address legal requirements while also examining substance use patterns and underlying factors that contributed to the offense.
Impaired Driver Services Provider (IDSP)
Services are facilitated by a qualified Impaired Driver Services Provider (IDSP) with experience in working with court-involved individuals. Care is delivered in a professional, respectful, and nonjudgmental manner.
Assessment and Clinical Focus
Aftercare includes a substance use assessment to better understand alcohol or drug use, risk factors, and treatment needs. When appropriate, co-occurring mental health concerns are considered to support a more comprehensive and effective approach.
Education, Accountability, and Skill Building
Services focus on increasing awareness of substance-related risk, meeting program requirements, and developing strategies to reduce the likelihood of future impaired driving. Support emphasizes accountability, decision-making, and practical skills that support long-term stability.
Treatment Planning and Referrals
When additional services are indicated, recommendations and referrals may be provided for outpatient treatment, therapy, or other supportive services to promote continued recovery and compliance.
