Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

I am a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a deep commitment to supporting adults navigating the challenges of substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience from Pennsylvania State University and earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire.

Since 2016, I have worked across the full continuum of care—from inpatient treatment to outpatient settings—bringing a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Health Realization, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe in addressing struggles from the inside out—helping clients reconnect with their internal strengths and regain a sense of safety and purpose.

With warmth, respect, and evidence-based tools, I partner with individuals on their journey toward healing, empowerment, and lasting recovery.
