I’m Ashley, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and I specialize in meeting people right at that breaking point—and guiding them forward.
I earned my diploma from a technical college with a focus on addictive science and have spent my career working with adults battling complex, active substance use disorders. Along the way, I’ve collaborated closely with the criminal justice system, medical teams, and resource centers, weaving comprehensive case management into every treatment plan so you get support that extends far beyond the therapy room.

In session, I combine a cognitive framework with mindfulness techniques to help you spot unhelpful thought patterns, remove barriers, and move steadily through each stage of change. I believe meaningful recovery starts with strong foundations, so together we’ll lay solid bricks from the ground up—cultivating safety, connection, confidence, and the power to realize your potential.
