Certified Recovery Support Worker

I serve as the Practice Manager and a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) at Innate Therapeutic Services, where I support daily operations while also working directly with clients through case management and recovery support. My role includes overseeing scheduling, billing, client coordination, and administrative systems to help ensure both our clinical team and clients have the structure they need to succeed.

I bring six years of military service and two years of experience in behavioral health to my work, supporting individuals from all backgrounds who are navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. My path into this field was shaped by my own treatment experience and the impact of the counselors and recovery staff who supported me along the way.

I believe that asking for help is a strength. One perspective that stays with me is something someone once shared: when we allow others to help us, we give them the same sense of purpose that comes from helping someone else. My approach emphasizes respect, accountability, physical well-being, and vulnerability as essential parts of recovery and personal growth.

I strive to help create an environment where people feel supported, heard, and encouraged to take meaningful steps forward. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, staying active, and spending time with my dog Petra, who also serves as our office’s four-legged morale booster.
